Bradley C. Jones is a proud native of Red Oak, North Carolina, and he has been honored to call Raleigh home since the Fall of 2004. Brad earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2001, and he earned his Juris Doctor from Campbell University School of Law in 2004. Brad was admitted to the North Carolina State Bar in August of 2004.
Brad has focused his practice on appearing before Wake County District Court since 2004, on domestic, criminal, civil, estates, and special proceedings matters. Since joining Cheshire Parker Schneider & Bryan in March of 2016, Brad focuses his practice on exclusively working with clients in family law matters, including, but not limited to, domestic violence protective orders, premarital agreements, separation and property settlement agreements, qualified domestic relations orders. Brad also litigates involving equitable distribution, alimony, child support and child custody. Brad’s diverse background in all areas of District Court practice offers his clients a unique perspective to address their legal concerns with courtesy, competence and compassion. Brad is dedicated to providing strong, effective representation for his clients.
As evidence of his commitment to his clients, Brad was awarded a 2015 Martindale-Hubbell Client Distinction Award based on his service and relationship skills with his clients. Brad has also been recognized by his peers by being elected to Business North Carolina magazine’s Legal Elite Young Guns for 2016 (Top Attorneys in North Carolina under 40).
Brad spends some of his free time shaping the future legal community by judging mock trial competitions at the law school, college, and high school level. He enjoys imparting some of his knowledge and experience as a litigator to the future generation of lawyers. Brad also avidly supports service efforts to provide the disadvantaged citizens of North Carolina with legal advice.
Brad is a member of the Wake County Bar Association and the Family Law Section of the North Carolina Bar Association.
